Minneapolis
Nora, Jeff and I had a great trip to Minneapolis. The weather wasn't too cooperative, but that didn't stop us from staying busy and visiting so many people.
On Friday, Nora modeled her new hat, since it was snowing outside.

She went to happy hour at a tequila bar (don't tell social services)!

Saturday she posed with Uncle Mike and Auntie Emily.

Then we headed off to a great party hosted by Jeff's friends where we got to visit and catch up with so many friends! Nora had a playdate with Abigail.

A fun new toy
I decided that it was time for Nora to have a new activity/toy. She's gotten a lot of use out of her bouncie seat, play mat and swing-it was time for something new! So, we got her a 'Jumperoo' on Friday.
I put her in it for the first time, and found that she's a little bit too short. This is the best use of 'Martha Stewart's Homekeeping Handbook' that I have found :)

For her first time, she seemed to get the hang of it pretty quickly. However, she seemed to equate the noise/lights with eating the burp cloth instead of moving.
Saturday she enjoyed some more time in her jumperoo, she's figuring it out pretty quickly.

Then she was all tired out and fell asleep on Daddy's pillow while I brushed my teeth.

Nora and Daddy enjoyed our neighborhood Octoberfest Saturday too, it was a busy day!

Border Battles
It was a big football weekend for Nora. First, she cheered for the Gophers on Saturday (they lost).

Jeff put together her high chair...I think she's got a little growing to do.

Saturday night we went to a wedding and posed for a family photo.

Monday, Nora cheered for the Packers (they lost too).

The Bear
Really Behind
As you all know, Nora leads a very busy life. I have not been blogging about her activities much, so here is an attempt to catch up!
Three weekends ago, we had a wedding reception/party to go to. Unfortunately, it was rainy and 50 degrees for this tropical themed outdoor party! Nora kept warm though...

She didn't seem to appreciate being photographed with the world's biggest dog!

Two weekends ago we went to Breckenridge with the Berg Family.
Nora read books,

played with Sawyer,

played with Rocco,

and went on her first hike, which she thoroughly enjoyed!

Last weekend, Uncle Scott came to visit. This concludes the summer parade of aunts, uncles and grandparents.
They hung out together on the front porch after Nora had some breakfast.

Nora rested up on Saturday evening before heading to her first Colorado Rockies game!

She enjoyed the game for a few minutes, until the crowd made some noise. This made her pretty scared, so we stood in the back the rest of the game where the noise was more muffled.
More Videos
It has been brought to my attention that some of Nora's 'fans' watch the same old videos over and over and over again. Here are a few more for your viewing pleasure.

Nora playing on her belly on Tuesday. Notice how she scoots forward...at this rate she'll be crawling in no time!
