Welcome to blog update number 200! July has been super busy and super fun! Despite my three work trips this month, the kids have been enjoying the summer and all it has to offer.

One of the highlights of the summer in our neighborhood is the annual kids triathlon. They raise money for charity, about 100 kids participate and it's a great annual event! This was Nora's first year participating, and Rocco and Sawyer Berg came all the way from 'the city' to race. Nanny Carol and Papa Rich were visiting and helped manage Ellis which Nora enjoyed the race.

Due to a business trip, I missed all the fun :( The first thing Nora told me on the phone was that she won the triathlon and got a medal (they all get a medal...). And when she took a nap that afternoon, the medal went with her-so cute!

Remember Nora's friend Finn? He lives in Atlanta now, but came for a visit last weekend. They had a blast playing, just like they always used to!
