So Nora is already 5 weeks old! She had a doctor's appointment today where she weighed in at 8lb even. I can't believe how big she is getting, yet I keep telling myself that babies are born this size and even larger! It was a tough day at the doc though-a heel prick and a shot. There are no pictures to document the event, but it wasn't good. Jeff was holding her while she got her shot and she drooled the milk she had just finished all over the front of his shirt-oops, guess he should have brought an extra work shirt along!
I have been trying to get this trick on camera for quite some time, but always forget to have the camera ready when we put her on her belly:

She has been able to lift her head off my shoulder since she was born, but is getting noticably stronger these days. Now, if we could just get her to sleep through the night...

Shannon--Max was 8lbs, 12oz!! My girls were smaller, but he only fit into 0-3 clothes for a few weeks!! The girls seemed so tiny compared to him!
Nora is adorable! I see you in her. And...Claire has grown into a beautiful woman! I don't think I have seen her since she was a little girl.
