Nora is getting very playful these days, and has found her voice. She's quite the talker; here is just a tiny sample of playtime. Be sure to have your speakers turned on.
Of coarse, all this playing really tires her out! She's also become a thumb sucker this week, not sure if that is good or bad...
And she seems to have warmed up the the moose a little bit.
Sunday we went to the pool, and a trip to the pool wouldn't be complete without a bikini!
She dipped her toes in the water for the first time.
Which, again, tired her out.

I had such a good time playing with my little sweetie in California :) She is the best niece to come all the way there to surprise me! Can't wait for Labor Day.
I feel like I'm right there with her! I'm with Claire, can't wait to see her over Labor Day weekend.
Thumb sucking is the best!! My first two children didn't use a nuk or suck their thumbs. My third did and still does and she is the best self-soother...she just turned three and there is no sign of the thumb sucking going away, but I fugure...all in due time!!
I had people tell me that I should take her thumb out and put in a nuk, but that just seemed so mean! I am glad I didn't!
